This class will serve as a review for students who have already taken Algebra I, especially those who will be taking Algebra II in the fall.
By means of informal evaluation, the instructor will work with students to determine their abilities and levels of performance. Work will then be individualized with the aid of computer software, supervision, and discussion to accommodate students' needs.
Depending on time and individual need, topics may include: Basic Operations with Directed Numbers, Solving Inequalities, Solving Linear and Quadratic Equations, Simplifying Radicals, Basic Operations with Polynomials, Graphing Functions, and Factoring Polynomials.
